The only charge is 29.00 GBP for the One-product agent catalog kit, paid once. VAT is not charged. There is no monthly fee.
If you paid and the file did not download because of a fault on our side, email [email protected] with the Stripe receipt. We will send the file again or refund the 29.00 GBP to the original payment method.
If you ticked the consent box and the download started, the 14-day right to cancel has ended. That is regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A change of mind after the file has downloaded is not a refund.
Email [email protected] with the charge id and what happened. We reply within 5 business days. A refund, when one is due, goes back to the same card. The bank then takes about 5 to 10 business days.
Write to us before you dispute the charge with your bank. We answer a failed download with the file or a refund.
