Agentic Storefront sells one digital file: the One-product agent catalog kit. The price is 29.00 GBP, paid once. It is not a subscription. The seller is a sole trader and is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not added to the price.
You must be 18 or older. You must not use the file for anything illegal.
Payment is taken by Stripe in GBP. The total due before you place the order is 29.00 GBP. We do not see or store your card number.
The file is digital content, not supplied on a tangible medium. Under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we do not start supply during the 14-day cancellation period unless you give express consent and acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost.
The checkbox on the product page is that consent and acknowledgement. Once the download starts, the right to cancel under regulation 29 ends. If the download fails because of us, email [email protected] and we will send the file again or refund the 29.00 GBP.
The Stripe receipt repeats that immediate supply was agreed and that the 14-day right to cancel is lost once the download starts.
The file is a checklist, not legal, tax, or accountancy advice. Our liability for the file is limited to the 29.00 GBP you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
